Bulling from a waitress

On the 24th of April we were having lunch at about 13.40. A senior waitress - a woman of about 50 years old with short haircut - demonstratively took away dirty plates from 2 other tables (who booked a la carte) without paying any attention to our 3 dirty plates. When another waiter tried to clear our table, she didn't allow. When we asked to clear our table she started making angey faces. After a man of the staff in a blue jacket talked to her, she calmed down a little bit. But anyway, people with such mental problems must not work in a hospitality area.

Don’t stay here.

Run from this place. I will never stay at this property again. While it is super convenient that the hotel is located in the airport, the hotel is very outdated and old. The front entrance is nice, but the room we stayed in was terrible. We stayed in room 2244 and there were many problems. The shower leaked and the entire bathroom floor got wet. The room had a moldy spell, which prohibited me from sleeping. Half of the outlets did not work. The phone did not work. The towel smelled, which then made me smell awful after the shower. The hallway to the room looked like a scene from a horror movie. I only choice to stay at this hotel due to my early morning flight out of BKK. But never again.

Good airport hotel. We chose it mainly because it's within walking distance of the terminal. Easily accessible on foot in less than 10 minutes from the basement of the terminal (where the trains to the city depart), following the signs to the airport hotel. We walked from the airport to the hotel and back (3am) with no problem. The room was very spacious, with a large bed, a well-equipped bathroom and efficient air conditioning. Wi-Fi was good. The swimming pool is a great place to cool off, although the sunbeds are old and most of them need replacing. A little expensive compared to other hotels in the airport area, but well worth the price given the excellent location.

I will never come back again

The hotel is old, food are terrible, service is not up to standard but this is the most expensive airport hotel amongst others. It’s absolutely not value for money! Spa is expensive, I booked a 2 hour muscle relief massage and asked for deep tissue/hard massage but the lady did for me is too gentle, I was unable to enjoy the massage throughout the 2 hours. I asked for a refill coffee for my a lá carte breakfast but was refused by the waitress. So upset that my simple request was rejected even I am a paying customer.

Most convenient hotel to the airport but needs upgrading

We chose the hotel mainly due to it's proximity and walking distance to the airport. This is no doubt the main benefit. However, this hotel is a bit old and shows its age and yet costs almost double the price from other hotels in the airport area. This is a large hotel and walking from the room to the lift took 5 minutes. The restaurants are quite standard with one surprise there. I would expect a refill for coffee that is almost a norm but not with this one. I visited the spa , the booking and reception were courteous and efficient but the therapists are quite average. I would expect a higher standard at their price range. In summary, unless you need the convenience , you can look around before deciding
